DESCRIPTION: The Championship Series will be conducted in two sessions: Reserve and Champ. Together, these sessions comprise the Championship Series Meet. The Reserve Session serves as a qualifying session only. No scoring, awards, or team points are conducted during the Reserve Session. All scoring and awards are determined exclusively from the Championship Session. The Champ Meet is the final competitive session of the Championship Meet Series. All scoring, awards, and final team standings are determined exclusively from events contested during the Championship Session.

On-Deck: For those teams and/or swimmers missing the entry deadline, on-deck entries will be accepted on site. • Registration table will accept on-deck entries from 4:00pm – 4:45 pm • All on-deck entries will be entered with an “NT.” • No on deck entries for events 1-10. They will be pre-seeded and are not eligible for on-deck entries. Entry Fees: Entry fees are $10.00 per swimmer per individual event, and On-deck entries are $20.00 per swimmer per individual event

WARM-UPS:

Eligibility: The Last Chance Meet is open to all swimmers listed on their team’s roster as of June 11, 2026, and who have completed a minimum of two (2) CCSL Sanctioned swim meets (regular season). Times from the Last Chance Meet may be used as seed times for the CCSL Champ Series, but participation in the Last Chance Meet does not count towards the minimum sanctioned meet requirement. 

Entry Times: A swimmer’s fastest time for the current CCSL regular season must be submitted. If an event has not been competed in this season, a NO TIME (NT) will be entered and if a athlete has a champ time in an event they may not swim the event at the Last Chance

No. of Pool lanes: 7 – 25 yards – Visitors swims in even lanes and host swims in odd lanes. Scoring heat of each event will use 6 lanes however, lane seven will be utilized at host team’s discretion.

Host warm-up time: 7:00-7:20AM

Visitor warm-up time: 7:20-7:40AM

  • Meet will be scored in Swimtopia with the use of 3 timers per lane.
  • 6 and Under events coaches will assist swimmers, as necessary.
  • Individual heats/event will be limited to: No limit
  • Relay heats/event will be limited to: No limit
  • Relay scratch sheets are due at 8:00AM for Medley Relays and at event 50 for Free Relays.
  • Starts may occur from the pool deck or in the water as the pool depth is 3ft 6in.
  • Other information and/or special considerations for this meet are as follows:
  • Scoring heat has up to 3 swimmers from each team, only 2 can score points.
  • Combining of heats will be done per USA Swimming Rules.
  • Times will be posted per league rules and will be official results 30 minutes after posting.
  • Bring a swimmer information report listing swimmer name and date of birth to help facilitate On-Deck entry forms.

Meeting and Scratches times:

  • Officials meeting at 7:30AM
  • Timers meeting at 7:40AM – both shifts
  • Individual Entries Scratches due by 7:20AM or earlier

  • Hot Heats – random heats will be designated as “hot heats” throughout the meet. The competition will be fierce, but only one swimmer will walk away with more than just bragging rights. The hot heat will be announced before the race and the winner of the heat will receive a special prize and awarded right after the race. Fast times, big energy, and a shot at a reward – who’s going to rise to the occasion?
  • Parent/Coach Relay to occur after the first half shift events.

Concessions:

  • Our concession is open for breakfast & lunch (cash and electronic options). Breakfast, lunch, and snacks will be available at the FINS Shack Concessions Stand. A detailed menu will be provided the week of

Parking:

  • Please ask your team to park in the front parking lot of GW Robinson Elementary School at 451 Kirby Dr, Seabrook, TX 77586. Once they park, they may find their way to the pool by facing the front of the school, walking to the right (or north) side of the building, and then follow the concrete path which leads from the side of the building all the way to the back of the school. The path terminates at the pool. Your team should set up in the lawn and basketball court area which may be found at the end of the concrete path. See Map below. FAST Host Meet Notes

Host team warm-ups 7:00-7:25 am

● Visiting team warm-ups 7:25-7:50am

● Pool cleared at 7:50 am

● Timers for both teams to the starting blocks for a timer meeting by 7:45am ● Volunteers to their assignments by 7:50 am.

● Meet begins at 8:00 am. We have a firm 1pm finish deadline.

● 8 lane pool, 4-5ft depth

● Bathrooms inside a fenced area!

● Meet set up inside the fenced pool area, as well as outside in Stevenson Park. ● No glass containers, no BBQ pits, no alcohol anywhere in Stevenson Park. ● No pets inside the fenced pool area.

● Please be aware of NO PARKING SIGNS in yellow all over the neighborhood. ● No parents on deck unless timing (behind blocks)

● Events 1-10 will be pre-seeded and printed Friday night.

● Events 1-2 (2FR) will be limited to 1 heat of each (M/F)

● Events 3-8 (1IM) will be limited to 1 heats each (M/F)

● Events 9-10 (2IM) will be limited to 1 heat each (M/F)

● Events 51-52 (25BR) will be limited to 2 heats each (M/F)

Volunteer Requirements/Requests

  • This list is what is needed for the ENTIRE meet. If you wish to double the amount of volunteers in order for them to switch out at the halfway point, that is completely up to you team.
  • FAST switches out our volunteers at event 41

TO STAFF THE ENTIRE MEET

Switch out volunteers as you see fit.

We just need you to cover the following for the entire meet!

  • 1 scorekeeper (could be your clerk)
  • 2 scorers -1 per shift
  • 16 timers -8 per shift
  • 2 runners -1 per shift
  • 4 ready area assistants -2 per shift
  • 2-4 Officials - one turn, one turn/finish, one chief judge or scribe/ alternate● Your own coaching staff/extra volunteers should accompany events 11-12 (6u free relay) teams to BOTH SIDES of the pool to their appropriate lanes. This is IN ADDITION to ready area volunteers.

Due to the unpredictable weather forecast, we have decided to move our June 6 meet, this Saturday, indoors to Deer Park High School. South Campus 710 W San Augustine Deer Park, TX 77536 United States

We will still be the host team and will use the main hallways outside the indoor pool area for team setup.

There is plenty of space available, but please be sure to bring tarps for your setup area. More detailed meet information will be sent out on Thursday.

Parking/ Facility Rules: This is an Indoor Meet. These are specific instructions given by the facility:

  • Please ensure that no vehicles are parked along the fire lanes. This is a critical safety measure to ensure emergency access is always clear.
  • No wandering the building. Keep your group in your designated area.
  • GYM FLOORS MUST BE COVERED BY THE TEAMS WITH PLASTIC TARPS PRIOR TO ANY SET UP-NO EXCEPTIONS.
    • Tarps are the responsibility of the teams/individuals to provide. Blankets are not acceptable for barriers between chairs and gym floor.
    • The metal grommets on the tarps must be covered with duct tape.
    • Space is limited. No rolling coolers, wagons, or cots of any kind. Please no inflatable items (mattresses etc) as they take up too much space.
    • There will be no setup in the bleachers of the gyms or stands
  • Swimmers & Parents- Please arrive no later than 6:45AM
  • Swimmers check in with Coach Francesco & Coach William. Volunteers check in with Jessica Frankfort.
  • All scratches are due at 7:30 AM, so if you are running late, please let Coach Francesco know (346-216-0186).
