Location of meet: DPISD Aquatic Center - 710 W. San Augustine St, Deer Park, TX 77536.

Host warm-up time: 7:00-7:20AM

Swimmers check in with Coach Francesco & Coach William. Volunteers check in with Gamayu Frankfort. All scratches are due at 7:30 AM, so if you are running late, please let Coach Francesco know (346-216-0186).

Facility Rules: This is an indoor meet. These are specific instructions given by the facility

• Bring extra towels and blankets as it can tend to be very cool.
• No wandering around the building.
• Keep your group in the designated area – mall and pool area
• Mall FLOORS MUST BE COVERED BY THE TEAMS WITH Blankets or tarps, as both are acceptable barriers between chairs and the mall floor.
• Space is limited – no rolling coolers, wagons, or cots of any kind.
• No inflatable items (mattresses etc.) as they take up too much space.
• There will be no setup in the bleachers.

Parking:

• Park in the Deer Park High School back parking lot. Please ensure that no vehicles are parked along the fire lanes. This is a critical safety measure to ensure emergency access is always clear

Concessions:

• Our concession is open for breakfast & lunch (cash and electronic options). Breakfast, lunch, and snacks will be available.

Hot Heats

• Random heats will be designated as “hot heats” throughout the meet. The competition will be fierce, but only one swimmer will walk away with more than just bragging rights. The hot heat will be announced before the race and the winner of the heat will receive a special prize and awarded right after the race. Fast times, big energy, and a shot at a reward – who’s going to rise to the occasion?
