MEET THEME: BEACH PARTY! Dress up like you are ready to go to the BEACH! Prize for Best Dressed!

Arrival Time: 6:45am

Swimmers check in with Coach Francesco & Coach William. Volunteers check in with Jessica Frankfort. All scratches are due at 7:30 AM, so if you are running late, please let Coach Francesco know (346-216-0186).

Visitor Warm-up Time: 7:20 – 7:40 a.m.

Meet Start Time: 8:00am

Day of the Meet:

• The parking lot is in front of the Aquatics Center on the Visitors’ side of the football stadium. Overflow parking will be in the baseball field parking lot. Tent set-up is on the side and back (see map).
• No permanent set-up in the stands. Parents can come in when it is their child’s turn to swim.
• Officials meet at 7:30.
• Timers (all shifts) meet at 7:40.
• Swimmers through event 10 to the ready area (near swimmer entrance) at 7:45.
• Only swimmers, coaches, and ready area volunteers in the ready area.
• Concessions are available.
• Bring sunscreen and mosquito repellent since set-up is outdoors.
